Everything, every site
Every module and every rupee, with the activity log showing who entered or changed what, and when.
Sites, unit sales and rentals, purchases, labour and money flow. One system, live for your whole team, in English and Gujarati.
Sitegride (Gujarati: સાઈટ ગ્રીડ) is bilingual English and Gujarati construction management software for builders, developers and contractors in India. It replaces notebooks and spreadsheets for sites and stage timelines, unit sales, bookings and payment schedules, sales enquiries, purchases and equipment on rent, labour attendance and wages, sub-contractor work orders, partner and investor capital, and reports, with role-based staff access and a read-only login for sub-contractors.

Sitegride is one system for the two things a builder has to keep straight at once: what is happening on every site, and where the money stands. Your team records work where it happens, and the arithmetic that used to take an evening is already done.
A delivery, a day's attendance, a payment received. Entered on a phone, at the site, in the language they think in.
Every entry updates the site's spend, the party's balance and the net position. Nobody adds anything up by hand.
Money in, money out, what is still to receive, which site is ahead. The same figures, whoever is looking, wherever they are.
Who it is for
Tell Sitegride what kind of business you are and it shows the modules you need. A contractor never sees unit sales; an accountant never wades through slab checklists.
It can record a payment. It cannot total your position across sites, or tell you who changed what.
Inside Sitegride
Three desks, one set of books. Every entry on one side updates the figures on the other two.
Open Sites and the whole business is in front of you: where each project is, what stage it has reached, what it has committed, received and still has pending.

Access
The owner sees the whole business. The people around it see what their job needs, from the same live records.

Site engineer
Execution mode: stages, attendance, purchases and the daily diary, without the company’s money position.
Accountant
Finance mode: payments, dues, partner capital and reports, without the site checklists.
Sub-contractor
A read-only portal with their own work orders and payments. They mark a stage done or ask for material, and the office approves.
Roles decide who can view, add, edit or delete in each module. Amounts can be hidden from any one person, and every change is kept with a name and a time.
For builders
A flat sale runs for months and passes through a dozen hands. Each step is a record on the unit, so the sales desk, the accounts and the owner read the same deal.
Walk-in, reference, dalal, online or hoarding, logged with a budget and a follow-up date.
Token received, the unit marked booked, with the bhav and the area it was quoted on.
The agreement date, and an installment schedule tied to construction milestones.
Each due amount marked pending, part paid or paid as the money arrives.
The buyer’s bank, loan amount and stage, and whether your NOC has been issued.
Registry and possession dates, and the last balance closed against the unit.
The same screen in English and Gujarati. Your staff work in the language they think in.

I used to ask the office for a figure and get it two days later. Now I open the phone at six in the morning and it is already right.
Hazri takes me a minute at the gate. Before this I was copying the diary out on Saturday and arguing about half days on Monday.
A supplier rang about a balance we had already cleared. I read him the dates off the screen and that was the end of it.
What we learn sitting with builders who run several projects at once: what their records can do, what they cannot, and what changes when the two are joined up.
The questions builders and contractors ask before they switch, answered plainly.
Ask us something elseSitegride is site and finance management software (SaaS) for builders, developers and construction contractors in India. It puts sites and stage timelines, unit sales and payment schedules, purchases, labour attendance and wages, sub-contractor work orders, partner capital and reports in one system, in English and Gujarati.
Sitegride is built for construction businesses that run on notebooks, diaries or spreadsheets today: builders and real-estate developers, construction contractors, and the site managers, accountants and office staff who work for them.
Yes. Set up as a contractor, Sitegride hides unit sales and shows what a contractor needs: attendance, wages and advances across sites, purchases and equipment on rent, sub-contractor work orders, and the bills raised to the site owner against what has been received.
Yes. Sitegride is construction management software with a complete Gujarati interface, built for builders and contractors in Gujarat. Every screen and report works in Gujarati as well as English, and receipts print Gujarati names correctly.
No. Sitegride has role-based permissions: each staff member sees only the modules and actions their role allows, and every change they make is recorded in the activity log.
Every entry, edit and delete in Sitegride is recorded in an append-only activity log with the author's name and timestamp, so a deleted entry always leaves a trace.
Unlike a spreadsheet, Sitegride computes net position, pending amounts and per-site totals automatically, syncs in real time across all devices, supports multiple users with role-based permissions, and keeps a complete audit trail of every change.
Yes. Sitegride is mobile-first and installable as an app, designed to be used on a phone standing on the site, not just on an office computer.
Sitegride replaces the notebook, the site diary and the spreadsheet a construction business uses to track purchases, labour, unit payments and the money position. It keeps all of it in one system that the whole team writes to.
It is computed, not typed. Every purchase, wage payment, booking and receipt your team records updates total in, total out, net position and pending amounts immediately, across every site.
Yes. Sitegride totals income and expense per site and shows the margin for each one, so a single project's profit is visible without separating it from the rest of the business by hand.
Not in the statutory sense. Sitegride is the site-level record: what was ordered, delivered, worked and paid, per project, as it happens. From that it computes total in, total out, net position and per-site profit. It is what your accountant works from, not a replacement for your accountant or for your statutory books.
No. Tally and your accountant deal with the company's books; Sitegride deals with what happens on the sites, which is where those books get their figures. Most builders run both, and the point of Sitegride is that the site side stops arriving as a shoebox of paper at the end of a month.
About a week, if you start from a date rather than from your history. Enter your sites, put in what is currently outstanding as opening figures, and record forward from the first of a month. Three years of old entries would take a month to type and would not tell you anything you can act on today.
Yes, at any time while the account is open. Reports export to PDF and Excel, and the records are yours: we claim no ownership over what your team enters and we do not use it for anything except running the service for you.
Yes. You can give a sub-contractor a login of their own. It is read-only and narrowed to their own work: their work orders, the stages assigned to them and the payments made to them. From it they can report a stage as finished or ask for material, and nothing changes until the office approves.
Yes. Each unit records the buyer’s bank, the loan amount and whether it is applied, approved or disbursed, and whether your NOC to the bank is pending or issued, alongside the banakhat, dastavej and possession dates and the installment schedule.
Yes. Beyond role permissions, the owner can hide every rupee figure from a particular person, so a supervisor can record work and attendance without seeing what anything cost.
Yes. સાઈટ ગ્રીડ is how Sitegride is written in Gujarati, and Site Gride is the same name written as two words. All of them are the same site and finance software for builders and contractors.
