About Sitegride
We build one system for the two things a builder has to keep straight at once: what is happening on each site, and where the money stands across all of them.
Why this exists
Sitegride was built after watching builders spend their evenings with a diary and a calculator, reconstructing where the money went across sites, suppliers and labour. The software does that arithmetic now, and owners get their evenings back.
We build in English and Gujarati as equals, because the people running these businesses should not have to translate their own work.
Nobody needed a neater notebook. They needed the five notebooks to add themselves up.
Sitegride is the answer to a question we kept hearing in different words: not "can you give me better software", but "can you tell me where I stand, today, across everything I am running". Everything in the product is there because it serves that one question.
What we build by
Five rules we have not broken yet. They decide most of the arguments before we have them.
The entry happens where the work happens
If a record has to survive a pocket until Saturday, it is a reconstruction. Everything is designed to be recorded on a phone, at the gate, in under a minute.
Two languages, not one and a translation
Every screen, error, confirmation and number format exists in Gujarati and English from the start. If a step forces a switch, the screen is not finished.
A total is not a separate exercise
Net position, to-receive, per-site profit: none of these is a report somebody prepares. They are views of entries that already exist, current as of the last one made.
Every change keeps its author
Create, edit and delete are all kept with who did it and when. Not because anyone is suspected, but because six weeks later the useful question is what a figure said before.
One price for the business
No per-entry fees and no charging by the seat. Software that costs more the more you record teaches your team to record less.

How we work
Small team, short loop, and time spent on sites rather than in a roadmap document.
- Sitting in
We start on the site, not on the screen
Before a module is designed, we spend days with the people who will use it: the site manager marking hazri, the clerk entering a bill, the owner asking for a number on a Tuesday.
- Building
Both languages at once
A screen is built in Gujarati and English together and reviewed by someone who works in each. The vocabulary comes from sites, not from a dictionary.
- In the field
Tested on a real network
One hand on the phone, dust on the screen, and a connection that comes and goes. Anything that assumes a desk and good signal gets abandoned in a fortnight.
- After release
We keep sitting in
Every change we ship goes back to the same sites for a fortnight before we consider it done. Most of what is in the product came from that visit rather than from us.
Who we are
A small team in Gujarat, building for the businesses around us. We are not trying to serve every industry. We are trying to be genuinely correct about one, in the two languages it works in.

Book a 15-min demoQuestions about working with us
Yes. The product is fully bilingual, so a team that works in English uses it exactly as a team that works in Gujarati does, and nothing in it assumes a particular state. What is specific to Gujarat is us: we are here, we visit sites here, and that is where the vocabulary in the Gujarati interface came from.
We set up your sites and your outstanding balances as opening figures, then you record forward from a date. We do not type in three years of history, because a month of data entry buys nothing you can act on today. On a pilot we do that setup with you rather than handing you an empty account.
Builders and developers running anywhere from one project to a couple of dozen, with a team of two to fifty. Below that a notebook genuinely is enough. Above it you are usually buying something with an implementation team attached, and we are not that.
By email, in English or Gujarati, whichever you write in. We aim to answer within one working day. There is no ticket portal to learn and no tier you have to pay to reach a person.

What the fifteen minutes covers
Your sites, not a sample
We set two of your own projects up with figures like yours before the call starts.
One ordinary week, entered
A delivery, a day's hazri, a booking payment, recorded the way your team would record them.
The position, live
Total in, total out and net across both sites, computed from what we just entered.
